David Aaron Katz

DAVID AARON KATZ IS THE CEO and Founder of Superior Vocal Health. He is also a nutritional consultant, herbalist and the Author of the internationally read blog "Superior Vocal Health," as well as his first book, Superior Vocal Health. He has been singing Opera and Broadway music internationally for more than 22 years.

He has sang with many prominent Symphonies in the United States including the Pan American Symphony of New York, The Atlanta Symphony and the Houston Grand Opera Symphony with Marvin Hamlisch conducting. Mr. Katz has committed his entire career to helping fellow singers take care of their voices naturally without chemicals or drugs.

Daniel J. Middleton is the founder of Scribe Freelance, where he designs, edits, and formats books for indie authors, small presses, and publishers — typically starting from a raw manuscript and building the interior layout, cover, and formatting from the ground up. He also diagnoses and fixes production problems in files built elsewhere: a rejected ebook cover, an EPUB formatted by someone else throwing errors in IngramSpark, an interior file that keeps bouncing back. He started in book design in 2007 and has spent close to two decades in the craft.
